This notice covers the NextSet presentation website and demo requests. NextSet is a service by Woops Apps.
When you request a demo
We receive the name, club, email and demo features you select, along with any optional phone number, sport and message. The page address may include campaign information that helps us understand where the enquiry came from. We use these details to reply, arrange a demo and follow up on your request.
Hosting and technical information
Firebase, a Google service, hosts this site and processes contact requests. Technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, may be processed to deliver and protect these services.
Audience measurement
If audience measurement is configured, it starts automatically when you visit the site. Contact details are not sent as analytics event parameters.
Storage and external services
Campaign tags in the page address are carried into the demo request. If you choose a language, that preference is saved in your browser. Form drafts are not saved in browser storage. Google Calendar handles the booking and email verification under Google's privacy policy. We match the booking email with your request and send a recap to our contact mailbox through our email provider.

For information about retention or to request access, correction or deletion of the information you shared, write to Woops Apps at the postal address in the legal notice. We will consider your request in accordance with applicable requirements.
